Screening of 258 Pesticide Residues in Silage Using Modified QuEChERS with Liquid- and Gas Chromatography-Quadrupole/Orbitrap Mass Spectrometry

چکیده

A method for the simultaneous screening of 258 pesticide residues in silage using modified QuEChERS combined with liquid chromatography (LC)- and gas (GC)- quadrupole-Orbitrap mass spectrometry (Q-Orbitrap/MS) has been developed. After hydration, was homogenized a 1% acetic acid–acetonitrile solution, extract purified C18, PSA, anhydrous magnesium sulfate. Finally, sample detected LC/GC-Q-Orbitrap/MS, quantified an external standard method. The results showed that pesticides had excellent linear relationship range 0.1–50 ?g L?1, coefficients determination (R2) were more than 0.99. detection limit (SDL) 0.5–50 kg?1, quantitation (LOQ) 1–50 kg?1. accuracy precision verified at spiked levels 1-, 2- 10-times LOQ, recovery 66.5–119.8%, relative deviations (RSDs) less 20% (n = 6). This simple, rapid, reliable, could be applied to screen quantify multi-pesticide silage.

Determination of pesticide residues in honeybees using modified QUEChERS sample work-up and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.

Increasing emissions of chemical compounds to the environment, especially of pesticides, is one of factors that may explain present honeybee colony losses. In this work, an analytical method employing liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) was optimized for the simultaneous screening of 19 pesticides which have not been yet determined in honeybee samples from northern Poland ...

Pesticide analysis in teas and chamomile by liquid chromatography and gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry using a modified QuEChERS method: validation and pilot survey in real samples.

This paper presents the validation of a modified QuEChERS method in four matrices - green tea, red tea, black tea and chamomile. The experiments were carried out using blank samples spiked with a solution of 86 pesticides (insecticides, fungicides and herbicides) at four levels - 10, 25, 50 and 100 μg/kg. The samples were extracted according to the citrate QuEChERS protocol; however, to reduce ...
